C.J. Svagera is a theologian, musician, writer, thinker, historian and most importantly a father. A native of Papillion, Nebraska, C.J. holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Arts in Theology from Holy Apostles College and Seminary, Cromwell, Connecticut.
From his earliest days C.J. has been engrossed in music, due to the benefit of both of his parents being active musicians. Additionally, he developed an immense love of his Czech heritage on the knee of his Grandpa Charlie. Having immersed himself in family lore throughout his life, C.J. is now an avid storyteller in his own right. Considering himself to be a true renaissance man, C.J. is well versed in a wide variety of interests, many of which will soon be featured in this blog! His proudest accomplishment, however, is his daughter Ruth, who is the light and love of his live.
